Time to pull up your socks. Sharpen your mind. Get active.
You have something. No one can touch it & neither can you touch theirs.
A definite act of the will - accept that you have that something.
God reveals - In His word:
Joseph. Samuel. David.
Each separated from the otherwise normal everyday living experienced by their contemporaries.
Joseph’s brothers sold him into slavery before he rose as Prime Minister of Egypt (Gen. 37:28)
Samuel’s word never fell to the ground… maybe his being separated unto God through Eli from a young age had something to do with it? (1 Sam. 1:27-28)
David’s success over Goliath was partially due to his previous encounters with a lion & bear as a young shepherd boy (1 Sam. 17:36)
They each had (unique) individual walks.
And yours?
Some situations may not have made sense... But now?
Until you surrendered and realised that none of your experiences overcame the fact that Jesus is King, they continued to dominate you.
You will face embarrassment.
His grace is sufficient.
You will ‘see some things’.
Jesus is King.
Once that acknowledgement occurred, a shift happened; you became alive: Jesus is King!
The consequences of deploying your gift is no longer your responsibility: Jesus is King!
